What to know before you book.
How far in advance should we book?
Most visits book seven to ten days out. Weekend group bookings during high season, October through May, fill earlier. The further ahead, the better, especially for bachelorette weekends and holidays.
What's the service area?
Greater Palm Springs and the full Coachella Valley. Travel within ten miles of downtown Palm Springs is included. Modest fee for anything beyond. No surprises, no upcharges at the door.
What do we need at the location?
A quiet, well-lit room. A chair or couch. A clear surface for setup. A power outlet within reach. That's it. Dr. O'Hara brings everything else. Cocktails optional, but encouraged.
How long does it take per person?
Twenty to thirty minutes per guest, including a brief consultation. A group of five, plan on roughly two hours start to finish, drinks in hand the entire time. No downtime after.
